Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $175,000 to $220,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement capital allocation strategies to support business growth and expansion.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.

Experience:

• Experience in the direct selling or fitness industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and business results.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
