Pay: $2250-$2450 weekly
Schedule: Weekdays Monday-Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements: Qualified applicants MUST have at least 6 months of experience in the Occupational Therapy (no direct Home Health experience required), have a valid OT license and be willing to obtain Virginia or compact licensure.
Job Overview
As a Home Health healthcare professional, you’ll deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes. You’ll conduct skilled nursing visits, perform assessments, create and manage individualized care plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
