Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Time Territory Sales & Merchandising Specialist to represent our client, Coleman, and showcase a variety of their high-end, adrenaline-pumping motorsport vehicles including electric golf carts, mini bikes, and go-karts.This individual serves as a sales, training, and visual display expert, conducting visits at assigned Walmart retailers throughout the local metro region to establish and maintain productive retail relationships and grow Coleman brand awareness. You will drive Coleman Motorsport product sales by effectively interacting with customers, highlighting unique product line features, handling casual training sessions with retail store personnel, and supporting all visual merchandising display standards.

Our Coleman Specialists are strategic brand influencers that provide a captivating in-store presence to create memorable, high-quality service interactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of both mechanical, hands-on aptitude and energetic interpersonal skill with a self-motivated drive towards achieving goals.

What We Offer

  • $24.00 to $27.00** **hourly based on experience

  • Paid training to certify you on Coleman product knowledge, hone your sales skills, and prepare you for program success
  • Full-time hours - Monday - Friday typically 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

  • Mileage and drive time reimbursement
  • Territory Coverage is 100 miles within Houston


  • Travel to assigned Walmart stores to execute dedicated sales & merchandising strategies that engage customers and increase product sales
  • Develop and support effective relationships with Wal-Mart leadership to introduce and promote Coleman Motorsports products
  • Expertly merchandise SKUs upon arrival at stores, ensuring an appealing and organized product presentation
  • Utilize hands-on skills to assemble, set up, and support display models of our products
  • Conduct regular visits to Wal-Mart locations to ensure the best product placement and visibility
  • Provide training and support to store staff on the features and benefits of Coleman products
  • Gather feedback from store teams and customers to inform product improvements and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure prompt product restocking
  • Submit online survey reports to document visits, including digital photos of completed work
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events as needed or requested**


  • Previous sales experience required
  • Knowledgeable about the motorsports industry is a plus!
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for product assembly and merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
  • Ability to drive to various Walmart locations throughout assigned territory
  • Access to a personal smartphone with GPS/Wi-Fi capability
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Available to work Mon - Fri
