Our client, a leading lower middle market private equity firm, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant supporting a team of 5-7 people. The hours are from 9am-6pm and the office works on a hybrid schedule, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. This position starts ASAP.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage several busy calendars
  • Extensive travel arrangements (primarily domestic, but some international)
  • Expense reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Outlook
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and administrative team
  • Schedule meetings
  • Interface with clients in-person/via phone/email
  • Copying/Faxing/Filing
    Qualifications:
    • Four year college degree is required
    • Minimum of three years' experience within a professional, corporate environment
    • Corporate, pleasant, professional manner with excellent communication skills
    • Must be a team player who is flexible with willingness to pitch in on all tasks to get the job done
    • Positive attitude - enthusiastic and energetic
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Pro-active and able to take initiative
    • Professional in demeanor and appearance
    • Solid computer skills
