Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Legal VPs

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Take charge of coordinating and managing the calendars for multiple VPs across both the East and West Coast, ensuring smooth scheduling and time zone awareness.

Event Planning: Plan and organize engaging virtual and in-person offsite events, including all-day Zoom meetings with interactive activities designed to keep participants energized. You'll also be involved in planning events in late January and February, which may require travel to exciting cities such as Chicago, New York, Seattle, Toronto, or San Francisco.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to three Legal VPs, handling scheduling, communication management, and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Communication & Collaboration: Utilize tools like Google Suite, Slack, and others to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Equipment Coordination: Assist with managing the shipment of necessary equipment for remote work setups when needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: A proven background as an Executive Assistant, ideally with experience in the legal industry (though not required).

Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack, as well as demonstrated experience in calendar management and event coordination.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Flexibility: Comfort with working across various time zones and the ability to adapt to shifting schedules as needed.

Salary: $ 35.00 45.00 Per Hour
