Job Responsibilities As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will: Lead teams of junior to senior developers to produce solutions. Write flawless code using Salesforce languages including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components. Conduct meticulous code reviews. Configure all aspects of the Salesforce platform. Leverage advanced object-oriented programming patterns for Package Development Model implementation. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required. Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training. Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications. Must be willing to obtain the Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Willing to learn and support Salesforce development through the full SDLC using Agile. Desired Qualifications: Shown communication and team-building skills.
