Role: Salesforce Administrator
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on
Salesforce Administrator to help us evolve, scale, and optimize our newly implemented Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Salesforce platform, working closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
The administrator will collaborate with operational and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, troubleshoot user issues, provide training and support, and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives. You must be comfortable working autonomously to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into approachable terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact on the business.
What you'll do: - Own the configuration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and integrated tools, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party consultants to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and/or new functionality that aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing resources, and ensuring effective implementation and user adoption.
- Work with external systems and maintain data integrations with Salesforce to ensure data integrity and consistent data flows.
- Proactively monitor, recommend, and prepare for new features and functionality that could enhance the effectiveness of our Salesforce platform.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements, providing insights and recommendations.
- Maintain documentation & train internal users on Salesforce best practices to increase user adoption and productivity.
Who you are: - Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- 3-5 years experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, working with Sales/Service Cloud; experience with Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud preferred.
- Proficient in working within lightning components, configuring standard and custom objects, using automations tools such as flow builder, and building reports/dashboards for stakeholders.
- Experience with APEX, custom triggers, JavaScript, and HTML preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues to find effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong initiative to learn new concepts and able to adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Excited to collaborate in-person at our fast-paced office 4 days/week.
