What You’ll Do:

🔹 Call and consult with potential clients to understand their needs
🔹 Educate individuals and families on their coverage options
🔹 Guide clients through the enrollment process step-by-step
🔹 Follow up and build long-term relationships with clients
🔹 Work closely with our team for ongoing coaching and development

Requirements:

🔹 Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
🔹 Must have a laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection
🔹 Prior sales experience not required – we provide full training!

• 1st Interview: After reviewing your resume, if chosen to advance you will receive an email to select an interview time; the first interview is done over a 15-20 minute phone call. Prior to your interview, please make sure you have reviewed the job overview above and be prepared to discuss the above information.
• 2nd Interview: Due to the high volume of applicants, the second interview will start out as a group overview that will go over company culture, pay structure, career paths, and more. Then you will be interviewed one-on-one with our hiring manager. This will be conducted remotely, and a conditional offer will be made if you are a good fit.
• Licensing: Our industry is federally regulated. You do not need to hold an insurance license to apply. If you are a good fit, we will help you obtain the proper licensing. Your employment will be conditional on you obtaining this license. Licensing can be done as quick as 4-6 days, but is dependent on your efforts.
