Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Frontline Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and driving initiatives to improve clinical operations through quality and best practices.
Championing evidence-based nursing practice and utilizing quality improvement tools.
Actively supporting unit-based shared governance and decentralized decision-making.
Ensuring every patient receives personalized and compassionate care.
Fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Utilizing strong problem-solving and prioritization skills to address challenges.
Promoting teamwork and staff retention.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
Two or more years of RN clinical experience in the specific nursing unit focus is highly preferred.
Associate Degree RNs must be within one year of completing their BSN.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one year of hire.
Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43.00 - $74.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36 hours per week
Medical Specialty: Emergency Medicine, Trauma Medicine.
Physical Setting: Level I trauma center.
Supplemental Pay: Differential pay, Signing bonus.
Education: Associate (Required)
Experience: RN Emergency: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification: RN License (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Relocate before starting work (Required)
