What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse with the following qualifications:
Active Maryland RN License: A current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland is essential.
Proven Nursing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, ideally within a homecare or community healthcare setting, demonstrating your ability to provide high-quality care.
Strong Clinical Expertise: A solid understanding of nursing care procedures and protocols, coupled with strong clinical skills.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Teamwork and Independence: The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating the capacity to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing you to make sound clinical judgments and respond effectively to patient needs.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Proficiency: Experience with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
