Salary: $106,000 - $125,001 per year

Job Details
Provide leadership guidance to professional staff
Ensure provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services aligns with program goals
Mentor and direct professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager
Function in a backup On-Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3 holidays per year
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
Utilize effective communication and organizational skills
Uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance
Skills You Need:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or BS degree preferred
Minimum five years of Hospice nursing experience
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Windows; New York State RN licensure required
