Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team in Greenville, SC. The Recruiter will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customers’ orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Our goal is to provide applicants with employment, and clients with skilled associates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs.
At Adecco, a Recruiter will be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. This is a contract position that could turn permanent for the right candidate. This is a full-time role working in our office on Woodruff Rd, hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and pay rate will range $22-25/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities for this Recruiter role include:Identify and recruit potential applicants for open opportunities.
Determine applicant qualifications by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Facilitate Adecco-specific onboarding process.
Provide start day details to all new hires and keep them warm until their first day.
Build and maintain relationships with placed associates to increase wellness at work, retention and employability.
Develops relationships with clients and business leaders to foster business growth.
Provide associates with feedback, coaching, and kudos to ensure strong performance and help them develop and meet their professional goals.
Serves as candidate advocate with clients.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend innovative solutions in keeping with client demands and market conditions.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; recruiting experience a plus. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
