Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for assigned clients in the Power/Nuclear/Energy industry, focusing on Engineers, Technicians, and Chemists within a manufacturing/plant environment.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
8-15 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the Power/Nuclear/Energy industry (highly preferred).
Proven track record of success in managing and filling 30+ recruitment positions simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing/plant environment and the specific needs of these roles (a plus).
Expertise in sourcing strategies and utilizing advanced recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Airswift, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Experience with ICIMS ATS and CRM a plus.
Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to gather requirements and build detailed Recruitment Requests (Reqs).
Develop and implement successful sourcing strategies to attract diverse and top-tier talent across the nation. Utilize advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Airswift to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screens, administer technical exercises, and coordinate interview schedules for a high volume (30+) of open positions.
Evaluate candidate skills and experience to determine fit for the role and company culture. Present recommendations to hiring managers based on interview insights.
Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach to offer and acceptance, including effective communication, managing interview logistics, and providing timely updates.
Leverage ICIMS ATS to manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and tracking candidate activity.
