Job Description:

TwineChart a leading provider of innovative data visualization and analytics solutions is seeking a creative and driven Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s public image handling communications with media and coordinating PR activities to promote TwineChart’s brand and services.

Salary: $22.50 $30.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Relations:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists bloggers and other media professionals.
  • Draft and distribute press releases media kits and other PR materials.
  • Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press coverage.

• Content Creation:

  • Create compelling content for press releases blog posts social media and the company website.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials and presentations.

• Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute public relations events including press conferences media tours and product launches.
  • Coordinate company participation in industry events trade shows and conferences.

• Brand Management:

  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the company.
  • Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and PR tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
