**Job Title: Product Specialist**

**Overview:**

We're seeking a talented and experienced Product Specialist to lead and enhance the performance of our product offerings across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you have a technical background, particularly in crushing, grinding, and screening equipment, and are passionate about meeting customer needs while ensuring product excellence, we would love to hear from you. This position primarily offers remote work flexibility, with up to 70% travel during the first year to engage with various markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market approaches for our engineered and wire screen media and liners, focusing on maximizing market penetration.
- Cultivate and enhance our sales representatives and channel partnerships to effectively promote the value and benefits of our screen media and liner products.
- Provide in-depth technical application knowledge and support to both customers and the sales team, ensuring a clear understanding of product capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales network to share technical and commercial product insights, fostering a comprehensive understanding of offerings.
- Travel regularly with the sales network to reinforce a sales-driven focus on the designated product groups, building strong customer relationships.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with partners and suppliers to ensure mutual growth and shared objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, and explore international opportunities to expand our reach.
- Monitor personal expenses in line with budget guidelines and consider cost-saving measures, proposing innovative and competitive product solutions based on market feedback.
- Continuously identify and implement new LEAN processes that elevate sales efficiencies.
- Assist the marketing team in creating customer-focused data, promotional materials, and events that resonate with our target audience.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, as a product specialist, product manager, customer engineer, or in a sales role within the aggregate or mining industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.
- Willingness to travel 50-70% domestically and internationally as needed.
