Japanese company seeks a Japanese Bilingual Product Specialist -Elk Grove Village. IL

product specialist is a person in the **product management field** who is responsible for managing relationships with partners and customers, understanding their needs, and ultimately creating new products based on those insights.

1. **Knowledge Sharing**:
a deep understanding of a specific product's features, benefits, and applications.
explain mutual connections, dependencies, and answer complex technical queries.

2. **Education and Documentation**:
Develop documentation for new developments and train other departments and clients on different aspects of the product.

3. **Customer Insights**:
Analyze extensive customer feedback to propose potential product updates and identify trends.

4. **Market Research**:
Perform market research to identify new market niches and assess whether specific features or products will be appreciated by the client base.

5. **Competitor Watch**:
Keep an eye on other players in the market and flag potential dangers or opportunities for their own product.

6. **Product Development**:
Take over from a product manager to finalize development tickets or even lead entire initiatives when the PM's plate is too full.

7. **Strategy Support**:
Assist product managers in gathering insights that inform product strategy and other high-level development plans.
