NW Sports Physical Therapy , a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our family in  Lakewood, WA .

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
• Current or pending state licensure

One attraction is the 340-acre Fort Steilacoom Park, which includes a lake, sporting fields, and an off-leash dog park! Our Lakewood clinic treats a general outpatient orthopedic population and is looking for a highly motivated PT to join our family!

Salary:

• $ 28 - $ 32 / Hour

This salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
