Employment type: “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role) 16-40 patient care hours per week Hourly role floating between Arvada and Glendale locations What you'll be working on: Seeing Senior Health patients (ages 65+) with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: At least 2 years of primary care experience required. Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Colorado. The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups. The hourly range for this role is 75/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
