Location: Savage, MinnesotaJob Type: 12 Months contractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourWe are looking for a Paid Advertising Manager to develop, implement, and manage campaigns across various platforms. This role involves conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with overall strategies. The ideal candidate will stay up to date with industry trends, create ad copy and landing pages, and provide regular reports on performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement.100% remote role but can only accept candidates from: CA, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, Mankato, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize campaigns and uncover new opportunities.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign assets.Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in paid advertising and digital marketing.Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google and Bing.Experience with social media advertising on LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
