Company Overview: Silver Star Real Estate (SSRE) is a rapidly growing, privately-owned multi-family real estate company headquartered in La Palma, CA. We are committed to creating a motivational work environment and rewarding hard work. We are seeking an experienced Onsite Property Manager to join our team in El Paso, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding company.

Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time Property Manager for a multifamily property in El Paso, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct management and oversight of one of our properties, aiming to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspect and coordinate maintenance team to meet standards
• Address tenant needs in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and ownership
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Achieve financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
• Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and has great curb appeal
• Perform light maintenance work as needed

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Property Manager
• Experience working with maintenance teams and vendors
• Ability to operate independently and be action-oriented
• Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects
• In-depth knowledge of property management rules and regulations
• Competency in MS Office and Yardi
• Customer-focused with strong bottom-line orientation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills
• Must be available on-call

Job Type:

• Full Time

Compensation:

• Pay: $25.00/hour
• Commission: Based on leases and rent

• Monday to Friday
• On-call as needed
