MRI/X-ray Technologist at HLI, you will play a vital role in providing precision imaging services to our clients. You will perform MRI, X-ray, and other diagnostic tests using advanced technologies to support our longevity care team. What You’ll Do: - MRI: Perform high-quality MRI exams using advanced Siemens MRI scanners, ensuring precise diagnostic images for our clients.
- Client Care: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort throughout the testing process.
- Multimodal Imaging: Perform additional diagnostic tests, such as DEXA and CT calcium score exams (training provided), while following established safety protocols.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor clients throughout imaging exams, recognizing signs of discomfort or medical concerns, and taking appropriate action to ensure their well-being.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA practices to safeguard client privacy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless and effective care for clients.
What We’re Looking For: - Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification
- ARRT (R) certification (Radiologic Technologist certification)
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, including MRI and X-ray imaging
- CPR or BLS: Current CPR or BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (must be current by start date)
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and strong communication skills
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service orientation with a strong focus on making clients feel comfortable and valued
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated sound judgment and problem-solving skills in clinical settings
- Safe Environment: Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Preferred Qualifications: - Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, MRI, or a related field
- ARRT(MR) licensure.
- Experience with Siemens MRI scanners
- Knowledge and experience with DEXA or CT imaging modalities
- A dynamic, customer-focused individual with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
