Seeking a results-oriented Materials Manager to orchestrate our production, inventory, shipping, warehousing, and purchasing operations. You'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service while optimizing costs and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Mastermind production schedules based on customer requirements
• Ensure timely product deliveries
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Analyze plant capacity and address potential shortfalls
• Manage inventory levels and track reports meticulously
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through data-driven decisions
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including BIC and lean principles
• Foster seamless communication across shifts and departments
• Actively participate in problem-solving and project teams
• Implement and audit standardized work procedures
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or production planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety and compliance
• Passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
