We're Looking For A: Regulatory Manager who is responsible for ensuring claims, products, and documentation for cosmetics, human food, human dietary supplements, pet food, and pet dietary supplements are kept in accordance with domestic and international regulations. This individual shall coach regulatory specialist individuals to retain adequate claim substantiation for products, properly evaluate product labels, and build necessary product information files for company use in domestic and international compliance. The Regulatory Manager will also drive international expansion initiatives by creating collaborative strategies with company stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing: - Manage, hire, train, and mentor the regulatory affairs team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Coaches and develops Regulatory Specialist team to maintain proper regulatory documentation and procedures for support of all business endeavors.
- Ensure all company products comply with applicable domestic and international regulations and standards.
- Drive international expansion initiatives by creating collaborative strategies with company stakeholders.
- Manage the creation and organization of product information files across all industries.
- Ensures compilation of adequate supporting substantiation for product claims
- Responsible for oversight of all product registrations and compliance to applicable regulations (US, MEX, EU, AUS, CAN, CHN preferred)
- Provides business with accurate and current insight to regulatory requirements.
- Manage timelines and ensure timely submission of regulatory documents.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.): - 5 years in Regulatory role and 1 year in employee management (required)
- Strategic business objective and team leveling planning.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to arrive at fast solutions that incorporate interdepartmental concerns and objectives.
- Detail-oriented with strong managerial, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines while maintaining informed and timely interdepartmental communication.
- Self-driven, focused individual with strong time management
- Knowledge of dietary supplement, food, cosmetics, and pet food domestic and international regulatory environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Biochemistry or other related field (required)
- Regulatory experience in food/supplement space (required)
- Experience with regulations in MEX, CHN, EU, AUS, CAN (preferred)

The base salary range is $98,200.00-$131,000.00 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
