Job Description
Gpac is currently working with a rapidly growing food manufacturer in northwestern Kentucky who is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Manager.

This location has two facilities running 24/7 across 3 shifts - plus a third on its way! They are seeking a hands-on leader with previous experience working in food processing/RTE environment.
Responsible for:
* Overseeing maintenance department on 2nd shift
* Lead and coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance of manufacturing equipment
* Work with team to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and reliability
* Schedule and supervisor team including performance evaluations and hands-on training
* Ensure compliance with company GMP and safety policies, procedures and practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in food production/facility maintenance; 3 years of supervisory experience
Experience with SQF or other GFSI programs
College degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirements
Must be a proactive team player who learns quickly when facing new challenges and is open to change
Advanced mechanical and electrical skills including ability to read schematics
Must be able to work with power tools and handle high and low voltages. Must have own tools
Ability to read engineering schematics such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic
Welding experience
Light carpentry skills
MUST have Knowledge of Weber Slicers, Multivacs, labelers, and flow wrappers sealing machines
