Logistics Analyst
General Summary & Scope
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted carriers, retail stores, and distribution centers.
• Perform daily carrier tracking and tracing activities.
• Proactively follow up to ensure service results are achieved.
• Notify relevant parties of potential service failures (i.e., supervisor, carrier, store).
• Ensure timely specialized deliveries by coordinating with stores.
• If necessary, tender outbound loads to contracted carriers through their TMS (E2Open).
• Generate various reports using Microsoft Excel for analysis.
• Audit delivery schedules and carrier performance for accuracy.
• Handle customer service hotline inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Complete other related tasks as requested.
