Polsinelli, PC has a position available for an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) in their Dallas, supporting the Litigation practice groups. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Candidates must be versed in Texas State and Federal Court e-filing.
- Manage files, create TOC and TOA, open new matters as attorneys request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
- Responsible for various administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage attorney calendars and travel schedules.
- Assist with billing projects and reviews.
- Must be comfortable acting as an executive assistant dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
Qualified candidates must possess strong initiative, demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues/problems independently, have strong organizational skills, and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time. Other essential requirements for this position include the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to develop rapport with co-workers as well as clients; maintain strong working relationships; exhibit meticulous attention to detail; and possess strong proofreading and typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
