As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you can launch or grow your private practice by partnering with Headway. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and support for accepting insurance, marketing, and patient referrals at no cost. Designed for fully-licensed mental health professionals, the position allows for telehealth or in-person sessions, enabling practitioners to focus on patient care while maximizing their practice potential.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
