Burr & Forman LLP seeks a full-time, experienced
immigration paralegal with Korean language skills for the

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS - Prepare visa applications and petitions for business and employment-based immigration cases.
- Compile and analyze complex case facts and documents, prepare reports and other relevant immigration documents.
- Maintain and manage case files including tracking of cases, determining related deadlines, and responding to status inquiries.
- Extensive communication with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies.
- Draft immigration correspondence including support letters and other key documents for attorney review.
- Assist labor and employment attorneys with court filings and case management.
- Other responsibilities as necessary to deliver bottom-line results and exceptional client service.
THE ESSENTIALS - A bachelor's degree, paralegal certification or degree, and/or appropriate combination of education/experience.
- Two+ years of immigration or comparable experience.
- Fluency in the Korean language.
- Highly organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and desire to take ownership.
- Balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, exercising patience and professionalism during stressful situations.
- Work collaboratively as a member of the team and a variety of audiences.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of LawLogix or other immigration software a plus.
