Job Description: We are looking for an exceptional individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight broker industry. As an experienced freight broker, you will be responsible for sourcing your own freight broker contracts. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the seamless movement of goods across various transportation modes.

Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and secure freight broker contracts independently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end freight transportation process, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
• Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to optimize routing, pricing, and capacity utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight broker industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing freight broker contracts independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
