Are you an elite professional in the world of executive protection? We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Protection Security Manager to join our team, providing world-class security services to our founders and their family. This critical role requires a blend of sharp tactical skills, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

As the Executive Personal Security Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and well-being of our top executives, allowing them to focus on their work without distraction. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Conducting in-depth risk assessments and crafting tailored security plans
• Providing close protection and security escort services during travel, events, and daily activities, ensuring seamless safety operations
• Overseeing security cameras, systems, and access control with precision and attention to detail
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing potential security threats, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks before they escalate
• Maintaining constant vigilance and situational awareness, with the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
• Overseeing other protectors and managing schedules to ensure no gaps in coverage
• Assisting with estate management responsibilities as needed
• Coordinating with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance security measures
• Leading security briefings and training sessions for clients and their staff, ensuring everyone is prepared and informed
• Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of clients, staff, and all business partners at all times
• Providing secure and safe vehicle transportation for clients, ensuring every journey is as smooth and secure as possible

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection or personal security, ideally within a corporate or high-net-worth environment
• Outstanding physical fitness and expertise in advanced defensive tactics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and remain composed under pressure; prior experience working with families is essential
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with extensive travel as required
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience working in a family environment, particularly with children
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant security training programs (highly desirable)
• A military background and a Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) license (preferred but not required)

The Executive Protection Manager will report directly to the Founders

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:
This role will require to report to Calabasas, CA
