Our client, a renowned academic medical center in the New York Metro area, is seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join their esteemed team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in both hospital and state-of-the-art outpatient settings, making a significant impact within a patient-centered, top-quality healthcare network. Responsibilities: Analyzing, examining, and investigating patients and their medical histories for sign and symptoms of hormonal imbalances. Advising, ordering, performing tests, and interpreting their results. Discussing diagnosis with patients, explaining treatment options and giving advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures. Supporting patients with serious or complex endocrine conditions. Academic Involvement: Contribute to the education of future healthcare professionals by mentoring medical students and residents. 70/30 mix of ambulatory/inpatient cases. Requirements: MD or DO Board-Certified in Endocrinology NYS-license Expertise in managing complex endocrine conditions. Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills, with a patient-centered approach. Motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively across specialties.
