We are seeking a new member to join our front office staff. Our Patient Service Representatives are an integral and vital part of our practice. Not only is our office committed to creating a welcoming, positive and calm experience for our patients, we also are committed to a positive, respectful and professional workplace environment. We know dental offices can be a place of anxiety for many, which is why we highly value and appreciate our staff. We believe in investing in our staff. An office visit begins and ends with the Patient Service Representatives.
Our office is growing as we welcome new patients each month. Therefore, we are seeking applicants who are motivated, skilled multitaskers, and eager to provide outstanding customer service. Above all, we are looking for a candidate that enjoys meeting and working with people of all ages and who values communication.
As an overview, Patient Service Representatives are responsible for patient check in, appointment booking, answering phone calls and emails, presenting financial agreements, completing referrals, processing payments, and appointment confirmation among others.
This is a full time hourly position, with workdays of Monday through Friday. We off medical and dental coverage, Flexible Spending Account, company matched 401K, paid holidays and 2 weeks of earned leave time.
Reception (especially dental) experience is preferred but not required. Wages range from $18-22/hour depending on experience. Knowledge of Open Dental, Patterson Imaging, Word, and Outlook preferred but not required. $750 sign on bonus!
