POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Program Manager in the Office of Institutional Assurance and Integrity (OIAI), this full-time contract position provides support to the Institutional Quality Assurance Program (QAP) through data entry of prior years’ backlogged item/service and supplier purchase requisition (PR) data into the Approved Supplier List (ASL) Smartsheet to obtain a complete listing of quality assurance reviews so that end users can appropriately plan procurements, and accurate performance data is captured for metrics and analytics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are the duties/areas of responsibly that are essential to performing the job. Non-critical responsibilities that take less than 5% of work time are excluded.

• Enter backlogged item/service and supplier purchase requisition (PR) data into the (ASL Smartsheet, validate that the data is correct, and make corrections to the data as necessary to ensure that the data is accurate to plan procurements and use for metrics and analytics.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience

• Five to eight years of data entry experience with complex and/or sizeable amounts of data.
• Demonstrated data entry proficiency with a high degree of accuracy and productivity, with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOGO) research and development environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• The ability to follow instructions precisely, with nominal rework.
• The ability to think critically to analyze complex information and make appropriate edits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters related to work in the Laboratory and the OIAI.
• The ability to perform work with minimal oversight.
