Seeking Experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to manage commercial construction projects. Must have Commercial Construction experience participating in pre-construction & job-site meetings with design team, owner and trades. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, understands specifications, working knowledge of contracts, subcontractor scopes, and execution of schedules & budgets to meet deadlines as well as any other project related documentation/correspondence.
Must be experienced and have great leadership qualities to get the job done!!
