About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the CEO, who will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organization. The successful candidate will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, managing priorities, streamlining operations, and leading key strategic projects. This role requires a trusted partner and advisor to ensure the alignment of the CEO's vision with the execution of strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for strategic leadership and execution, including collaboration with the CEO to shape priorities, owning end-to-end strategic projects, and representing the CEO in various forums. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in operations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust quickly.
