Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As the Chief Financial Officer (Senior Director) of the Honeywell Thermal Solutions business unit, you will hold a critical leadership position, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive the growth of the business. In this role, you will partner closely with the Business President and senior executives to identify opportunities for business expansion and optimize operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in developing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of the organization and ensuring long-term profitability.
You will report directly to the CFO of the Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions division and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth
Partnering closely with the Business President and senior executives to identify opportunities for business expansion
Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans aligned with overall business objectives
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
Providing insights and recommendations to drive long-term profitability and mitigate financial risks
Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership
Preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior executives and the board of directors
Driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimizing resource allocation.
YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
Proven track record of developing and executing strategies to drive business growth
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficiency in financial analysis software
Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills

CPA or relevant certifications preferred
