Evident ID is seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1-2 years of sales experience to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will take the initiative to engage key decision-makers at target companies, effectively communicating the unique value Evident provides in managing third-party risk. This position is ideal for a current BDR who is eager to fast-track their career, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Executive within 6 months. Candidates must be based in Atlanta (GA) and able to work from our Buckhead office at least twice a week. There's also the option to work from Tampa (FL). Responsibilities Identify, prospect, develop, and convert leads through outbound strategies Engage with prospects via phone, email, video, and other resources to convey the value of Evident Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead engagements, meetings, and qualified opportunities Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are converted into opportunities Develop and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and industry trends Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Requirements 1-2 years of sales experience looking for a 6-month fast-track to becoming an AE Self-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to excel and advance in their career Highly motivated and committed to ensuring both customer and company success Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and customer relationship skills Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and achieving success Demonstrated ability to think creatively and synthesize information accurately Receptive to direction, coaching, and mentorship Excellent teamwork and communication skills Please reach out to Justin Leslie, Director of Sales.
