Blue Grass Motorsports Automotive Customer Experience Manager

Blue Grass Motorsports has a opening in our Porsche service operations for an experienced Business Development Center associate. As a (BDC), you will control our customer's experience from the service lane when they arrive to the time they depart in their repaired vehicle. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, vehicle operations, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive lane to explaining the repair process, our (BDC) are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We are looking for (BDC) who have reached their maximum potential in their current organization and now are looking to take their career to the next level. Customer CSI is very important in the luxury segment so have your most current scores available. Those with Reynolds experience highly sought but will train the right candidates. Our Porsche technicians are factory trained with several Gold Level technicians in our repair shop. Our repair operation is highly sought after by the Porsche owners and we are forecasting record service revenues for 2024. If you are a self-starter, a definite team player, confident in your abilities in customer experience and can work with little supervision, I want to speak to you today.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee flow of service drive while ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
  • Provide effective information to the customer to ensure maximum upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct timely follow up with each customer during their visit and after pick up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and become efficient in the dealership's operating systems on a daily basis to ensure efficiency and productivity in your job.
