Business Analyst (Financial Services - AML/KYC)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a vendor product for investor onboarding and maintenance, focusing on KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes. This role involves working with multiple system integrations (payment systems, data warehouse, and external portals) and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with Product Manager, Tech Lead, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
· Work with business operations teams to understand processes and drive requirements.
· Create Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and refine with the team.
· Support User Acceptance Testing and resolve issues.
· Maintain application configurations via the Admin. module.
· Ensure cross-team changes are aligned and do not create conflicts.
· Understand or be willing to learn business processes related to investor onboarding, data movement, and API calls.
· Track and manage cross-team dependencies.
Qualifications:
· Financial services experience, especially in AML/KYC processing within fund administration or fintech.
· Knowledge of investor processing within alternative investments.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Agile team experience is a plus.
