Job Description

Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant for a leading machining company in Salt Lake City, UT ! Position is Direct Hire , full time, Hybrid (to local residents ONLY ), work hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and compensation between $65,000 - $75,000K/annually D.O.E. Must have previous manufacturing experience and be a self-starter! Will interview via video, meet in person & hire immediately for the right fit!

Summary:

In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records specific to our operations. You will be responsible for processing financial transactions related to machining, preparing financial reports, and assisting with various accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits, double-entry bookkeeping system.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero & Microsoft Dynamics highly desirable!
• Familiarity with machining terminology and cost accounting concepts a +
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
