Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technologies and a passion for developing innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing implementing and supporting a distributed blockchainbased network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and test blockchain applications.
  
• Create and maintain smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
  
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  
• Over 4 years of proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.
  
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity JavaScript Python and C.
  
• Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum Hyperledger or similar.
  
• Solid understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain protocols.
  
• Familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ICOs and token creation.
  
• Knowledge of distributed systems and peertopeer networking.
  
• Understanding of different consensus algorithms like PoW PoS and DPoS.
  
• Familiarity with blockchain testing tools and frameworks.
  
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
