Salary:

VADD Construction Services is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support our logistics and project management efforts. You'll be instrumental in collaborating with contractors and equipment suppliers to ensure our projects run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate on-site equipment and ensure timely and accurate setup.
• Oversee on-site personnel coordination, including Bluetooth monitoring of team activities.
• Manage project personnel, ensuring smooth transitions of team members coming on and off site.
• Provide progress updates and handle any necessary adjustments.
• Communicate effectively and maintain organized records of suppliers and subcontractors.

Minimum Skills Required:

• Organized
• Ability to listen and address the needs of the team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.

Professional Requirements:

• No degree required, relevant experience and equivalent education are highly valued.

Office Location and Schedule:

• Northern VA, DC area base preferred; work from home.
• Weekday (Monday - Friday) schedule with some flexibility
• Occasional travel may be required.
