Optima is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, providing leadership in cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for a broad range of financial tasks, including the management of daily accounting operations, the compilation and presentation of detailed cash flow reports, and the oversight of income tax preparations. They will play a key role in analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions, monitoring accounting policies, and coordinating annual audits. An ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting management, with a proven ability to handle large datasets, supervise a team, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. They will be expected to drive results through effective leadership and have a deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
