Immediate need Accounting Assistant for our Brookfield, CT, client. Temp-to-Hire opportunity! 19-23 hr

Accounting Responsibilities will include:

  • Various accounting tasks to include AR, AP, Inventory, General Ledger and other daily financial transactions

  • Generate daily customer invoicing along with updating all related reports, Respond to customer invoice inquiries in efficient manner

  • Assist with acct dept duties – data entry, copying, collating, filing, organizing etc

  • Resp to order office related supplies

  • Assist with special projects

Skill and Experience Requirements :

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in similar role

  • Associates degree and/or equivalent knowledge

  • General accounting knowledge

  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

  • MS Word, Excel – proficient, Outlook

  • Ability to work independently

Brookfield, CT location

Hours - 8am – 5pm – Mon – Fri

Temp-to-Hire opportunity for the right person

Pay Details: 19.00 to 23.00 per hour
